  "text": "(1) Section 60B of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 does not apply to—\n(a) a community or foundation special school; or\n(b) a maintained nursery school.\n(2) Section 2B of the Academies Act 2010 does not apply to—\n(a) an Academy school specially organised to make special educational provision for pupils with special educational needs; or\n(b) an alternative provision Academy.",
