Regulation 6 Coasting all-through schools
The fact that a school which is providing both KS2 education and KS4 educationf1 is—
(a)
coasting under regulation 4 but not under regulation 5; or
(b)
coasting under regulation 5 but not under regulation 4,
does not prevent that school from being “coasting” for the purposes of section 60B(1) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 (coasting schools).
