# The Collection of Fines (Final Scheme) Order 2006, Article 52: Amendments to the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980


In section 125A (civilian enforcement officers), after subsection (3) insert—
“(3A) Subsection (1) also applies to any warrant of distress issued under Schedule 5 to the Courts Act 2003 by a court or fines officer.”
