# The Combined Authorities (Mayoral Elections) (Amendment) Order 2019, Article 4: Savings


The amendments made to the 2017 Order by this Order do not apply in relation to any combined authority mayoral election in respect of which the date of the poll stated in the notice of the election is before 2nd May 2019.
