  "text": "This draft Statutory Instrument supersedes the draft of the same title which was laid before Parliament and published 5th December 2018 (ISBN 978-0-11-117609-2). It is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that draft Statutory Instrument.\nDraft Order laid before Parliament under section 117(2) of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nLocal Government, England\nMade ***\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1\nThe Minister for the Cabinet Office makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 114 and 117(1A) of, and paragraph 12(1)(a) and (b) and (2)(d) of Schedule 5B to, the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009 (“the 2009 Act”).\nThe Minister for the Cabinet Office has consulted the Electoral Commission about this Order as required by paragraph 12(4) of Schedule 5B to the 2009 Act.\nIn accordance with section 117(2) of the 2009 Act, a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
