# The Combined Authorities (Mayoral Elections) Order 2017, Article 4: Combination of polls


(1) Where the poll at a combined authority mayoral election is taken together with the poll at a relevant election or referendum a combined authority mayoral election shall be conducted in accordance with the rules set out in Schedule 3.
(2) The instruments specified in Schedule 4 are amended to make further provision for the combination of polls.
