  "text": "If, after any withdrawals under rule 15—\n(a) three or more candidates remain validly nominated, a poll shall be taken in accordance with Parts 4 and 5 of these Rules,\n(b) only two candidates remain validly nominated, a poll shall be taken in accordance with Part 4,\n(c) only one candidate remains validly nominated, that person shall be declared to be elected in accordance with Part 6.",
