  "heading": "The Police and Crime Commissioner Elections Order 2012",
  "text": "(1) The Police and Crime Commissioner Elections Order 2012 is amended as follows.\n(2) In article 13(1) (combination of polls) after sub-paragraph (e) insert—\n“(ee) an election in England for the return of a mayor as provided for in an order made under section 107A of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009,”.\n(3) In Schedule 4 (combination of polls) in paragraph 1(2) in the modified version of section 15 of the Representation of the People Act 1985—\n(a) in subsection (1)(d) after sub-paragraph (v) insert—\n“(vi) an election in England for the return of a mayor as provided for in an order made under section 107A of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009,”\n(b) in subsection (3)(a) after sub-paragraph (vi) insert—\n“(vii) an election in England for the return of a mayor as provided for in an order made under section 107A of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009,”",
