  "text": "In these Regulations –\n“the 1985 Act” means the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985;\n“the 2016 Act” means the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016;\n“the 2011 DAS Regulations” means the Debt Arrangement Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 2011; and\n“AiB” means the Accountant in Bankruptcy (within the meaning given by section 199 of the 2016 Act).",
