# The Common Financial Tool (Scotland) Regulations 2018, Regulation 4: Amendment of the Protected Trust Deeds (Forms) (Scotland) Regulations 2016


In the schedule of the Protected Trust Deeds (Forms) (Scotland) Regulations 2016, for Form 2A (income and expenditure) substitute Form 2A set out in schedule 3 of these Regulations.
