# The Commons Councils (Standard Constitution) (England) Regulations 2010, Regulation 2: Standard constitution of commons councils


The standard terms as to the constitution and administration of commons councils (the “standard constitution”), which (by virtue of section 29(2) of the Commons Act 2006) apply to every commons council established by an order under section 26 of that Act for any area or areas of land in England, are those set out in the Schedule.
