  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Community Drivers’ Hours Offences (Enforcement) Regulations 2017.\n(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales and Scotland.\n(3) These Regulations come into force on the twenty-first day after the day on which they are made.",
