Regulation 12 Consequential amendments to other secondary legislation

(1)

In article 6 of the Local Authorities (Contracting Out of Community Infrastructure Levy Functions) Order 2011^f1—

(a)

for “distress”, where it first occurs, substitute “taking control of goods”;

(b)

in sub-paragraph (c) for “to levy any amount of distress and sale of goods” substitute “to take control of goods”.

(2)

In regulation 34(5) of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012^f2—

(a)

for “regulation 62”, where it first occurs, substitute “regulation 121A(1)(b)”; and

(b)

for “regulation 62(4) of” substitute “paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to”.
