  "text": "In regulation 84 (surcharge: disqualifying events) after paragraph (5) insert—\n“(5A) Where the disqualifying event occurs in relation to an exemption for residential annexes, the surcharge is payable by the relevant person within the meaning of regulation 42C(6).\n(5B) Where the disqualifying event occurs in relation to an exemption for self-build housing, the surcharge is payable by the relevant person within the meaning of regulation 54D(8).”",
