  "heading": "Approval and publication of a charging schedule",
  "text": "As soon as practicable after the charging authority approves a charging schedule in accordance with section 213 of PA 2008 it must—\n(a) publish the charging schedule on its website;\n(b) make the charging schedule available for inspection at the places at which the documents mentioned in regulation 16(1)(a) were made available;\n(c) give notice by local advertisement of the approval of the charging schedule, that a copy of the charging schedule is available for inspection, and of the places at which it can be inspected;\n(d) give notice to those persons who requested to be notified of the approval of the charging schedule that it has been so approved; and\n(e) send a copy of the charging schedule to each of the relevant consenting authorities.",
