# The Community Interest Company (Amendment) Regulations 2009, Regulation 11: Documents to be delivered to registrar of companies


In regulation 14(1) of the Principal Regulations for the words from “a copy of” to “(registration of resolutions)” substitute “notice under section 31(2)(a) of the 2006 Act (notice of amendment of articles so as to add, remove or alter a statement of the company’s objects) is given to the registrar of companies”.
