in paragraph (1), for the words from “the copies of” to “1986 Order” substitute “notice under section 31(2)(a) of the 2006 Act”;

in paragraph (2), for “memorandum” substitute “articles”;

in paragraph (6), for sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute—

“(a)

register the notice under section 31(2)(a) of the 2006 Act;

(b)

register any copy of the amended articles delivered pursuant to section 26(1) of that Act; or”.
