# The Community Interest Company (Amendment) Regulations 2009, Regulation 15: Distribution of assets on a winding up


In regulation 23 of the Principal Regulations—
(a) in paragraph (5) delete “memorandum or”;
(b) in paragraph (6)(a) delete “memorandum and”;
(c) in paragraph (6)(b) and (c)(i) delete “memorandum or”;
(d) in paragraph (7)(b) delete “memorandum and”.
