Regulation 17 Modifications and amendments

for paragraph (1) substitute—

“(1)

The registrar of companies shall not cause to be published in the Gazette notice pursuant to section 1077 of the Companies Act 2006 of the receipt of documents under section 37C(3) or 54C(4) of the 2004 Act unless the registrar records those documents pursuant to section 38A(1)(b) or 55A(1)(b) of the 2004 Act.”;

omit paragraph (4).
