Regulation 4 Section of the community

For regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations substitute—

“Section of the community

5.

For the purposes of the community interest test, any group of individuals may constitute a section of the community if—

(a)

they share a common characteristic which distinguishes them from other members of the community; and

(b)

a reasonable person might consider that they constitute a section of the community.”.
