# The Community Interest Company (Amendment) Regulations 2009, Regulation 6: Requirements concerning the memorandum and articles


(1) In the heading of Part 3 of the Principal Regulations, for “MEMORANDUM AND ARTICLES” substitute “ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION”.
(2) In regulations 7, 8 and 10 of the Principal Regulations omit “memorandum or”.
