# The Community Interest Company (Amendment) Regulations 2009, Regulation 9: Prescribed conversion documents


In paragraph (1) of regulation 12 of the Principal Regulations—
(a) in sub-paragraph (c)(i) delete “or”;
(b) in sub-paragraph (c)(ii) for “the Charity Commissioners” substitute “the Charity Commission” and at the end insert “, or”;
(c) after sub-paragraph (c)(ii) insert—
“(iii) in the case of a company that is a Scottish charity, a declaration that the Scottish Charity Regulator, and, where applicable, the Charity Commission, has given the company the written consent required by section 40 of the 2004 Act”.
