  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 62(4) and (5) of the Companies (Audit, Investigations and Community Enterprise) Act 2004, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nCompanies\nMade 2012\nComing into force 1st October 2012\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34(2) and (3)(c) and 62(2) of the Companies (Audit, Investigations and Community Enterprise) Act 2004, makes the following Regulations.\nIn accordance with section 62(4) and (5) of that Act, a draft of this Instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
