Regulation 11 Prescribed formation documents

(1)

For the purposes of section 36 of the 2004 Act, the prescribed formation documents are—

(a)

a community interest statement signed by each person who is to be a first director of the company; and

(b)

a declaration that the company, when formed, will not be an excluded company.

(2)

The declaration referred to in paragraph (1)(b) must be in a form approved by the Regulator and must be made by each person who is to be a first director of the company.
