Regulation 36 Fees payable by a community interest company

The fees set out in the second column of Schedule 5—

(a)

shall be the fees payable in connection with the Regulator’s functions in relation to the matters set out in the first column of that Schedule;

(b)

shall be payable as stated in the third column of that Schedule; and

(c)

shall be paid to the registrar of companies.
