These Regulations amend Schedule 2 to the Access to Justice Act 1999 so as to exclude from the scope of the Community Legal Service (subject to any directions made under section 6(8) of that Act) help in relation to attending an interview conducted on behalf of the Secretary of State with a view to his reaching a decision on a claim for asylum.
