Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Community Order (Review by Specified Courts) Order 2007 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

(2)

In this Order “the 2003 Act” means the Criminal Justice Act 2003.
