# The Community Radio (Amendment) Order 2015, Article 9: Transitional provision


Section 253A(3)(b) of the Communications Act 2003 (Extension of community radio licences) shall not apply to any community radio licence which would otherwise expire within 8 months of the date on which this Order comes into force.
