# The Community Radio (Amendment) Order 2015, Article 2: Amendment of the Community Radio Order 2004


In article 6(4) of the Community Radio Order 2004 (disqualified persons), at the end of subparagraph (f) insert—
“;
(g) a local digital television programme service.”
