# The Community Radio (Amendment) Order 2015, Article 8: Amendment of the Community Radio Order 2004


In paragraph 10A (which modifies the Communications Act 2003 as it has effect in relation to a community radio service by adding section 253A)—
(a) in subsection (1) of that added section, for “one extension” substitute “two extensions”; and
(b) in subsection (2) of that added section for “the end of the period” to the end of the sentence, substitute “the date the relevant licence would otherwise expire”.
