  "text": "The Media Ownership (Local Radio and Appointed News Provider) Order 2003 shall be amended by inserting after article 2 the following article—\n“Community radio licences\n2A Nothing in this Order shall apply in respect of—\n(a) any local sound broadcasting service that is a community radio service, as defined by article 2(1) of the Community Radio Order 2004, or\n(b) any licence to provide such a service.”.",
