# Community Radio Order 2004, Paragraph 2


Section 86(3)(which makes provision as to the duration of certain licences) shall have effect as if, for the words “local or national service or to provide an additional service”, there were substituted the words “community radio service”, and as if, for the word “twelve”, there was substituted the word “five”.
