# The Community Radio Order 2025, Article 4: Application of broadcasting legislation


Part 3 of the 1990 Act (independent radio services) and Part 3 of the 2003 Act (television and radio services etc.) have effect in relation to a community radio service with the modifications set out in the Schedule.
