# The Community Radio Order 2025, Paragraph 2


Section 86 (duration of certain licences) has effect as if in subsection (3)—
(a) for “local or national service or to provide an additional service”, there were substituted “community radio service”, and
(b) for “twelve”, there were substituted “ten”.
