Article 29 Expressions used in the 1985 Act

Section 744 of the 1985 Act (expressions used generally in that Act)f1 is amended as follows.

Insert the following definitions at the appropriate places—

  • ““communication” means the same as in the Electronic Communications Act 2000;

  • “electronic communication” means the same as in the Electronic Communications Act 2000;”.
