# The Companies Act 1985 (Electronic Communications) Order 2000, Article 30: Expressions used in the 1985 Act


(1) Section 744A of the 1985 Act (index of defined expressions) is amended as follows.
(2) Insert the following entries at the appropriate places—
““communication” section 744
“electronic communication” section 744”.
