Article 2 Interpretation
In this Order–
(1)
“the Act” means the Companies Act 1989;
(2)
“designated body” means the body known as the Professional Oversight Board for Accountancy established under the articles of association of The Professional Oversight Board for Accountancy Limitedf1; and
(3)
“start date” means the date on which this Order comes into force.
