  "text": "(1) The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Confidential Information) (Bank of England) (Consequential Provisions) Order 2001 is amended as follows.\n(2) In article 5 (information to which Part 3 of the Order applies)—\n(a) in paragraph (3), for sub–paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute “the consent of the Secretary of State”;\n(b) in paragraph (4), for sub–paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute “the Secretary of State”.\n(3) In article 7 (companies information disclosed before commencement)—\n(a) in paragraph (3), for sub–paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute “the Secretary of State”;\n(b) in paragraph (4), for sub–paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute “the Secretary of State”.",
