# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments and Transitional Provisions) Order 2011, Article 29: The European Cooperative Society Regulations 2006 (S.I. 2006/2078)


In regulation 39(2) (expression of capital) of the European Cooperative Society Regulations 2006, for sub–paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute “by section 4(2) of the Companies Act 2006”.
