In Part 1 of Schedule 1 (commencement of repeals made by the Companies Act 2006) to the Companies Act 2006 (Commencement No. 8, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2008f1, omit the entry relating to the Companies Consolidation (Consequential Provisions) Act 1985.
