# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments and Transitional Provisions) Order 2011, Article 31: Transitional Provision: Northern Ireland open-ended investment companies


Schedule 3 to this Order contains transitional provisions and savings in connection with—
(a) the extension to Northern Ireland of the enactments in force in Great Britain relating to open-ended investment companies; and
(b) the consequent repeal of the Open-Ended Investment Companies Act (Northern Ireland) 2002.
