# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments and Transitional Provisions) Order 2011, Paragraph 2


In regulation 1 (citation, commencement and extent), for paragraph (3) substitute—
“(3) Except as otherwise provided, these Regulations extend to the whole of the United Kingdom.”.
