(a)

in paragraph (1)(b), for “of Scottish firm” substitute “or firm that is a legal person under the law by which it is governed”;

(b)

in paragraph (4)(c), for “Great Britain” substitute “the United Kingdom”;

(c)

in paragraph (5), for “section 735(1) of the 1985 Act” substitute “section 1 of the 2006 Act”, and for “of the Companies Act 2006” substitute “of that Act”.
