# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 103: Insolvency Act 1986 (c.45)


In section 176A(4)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 (share of assets for unsecured creditors: exclusion by compromise or arrangement), for “section 425 of the Companies Act (compromise with creditors and members)” substitute “Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006 (arrangements and reconstructions)”.
