# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 104: Insolvency Act 1986 (c.45)


In Schedule 6 to the Insolvency Act 1986 (categories of preferential debts), in paragraph 14(1)(c) for “section 196 of the Companies Act” substitute “section 754 of the Companies Act 2006”.
