# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 107: Building Societies Act 1986 (c.53)


In section 72I(2) of the Building Societies Act 1986 (consistency of accounts), for “Part 7 of the Companies Act 1985” substitute “Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006”.
