# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 110: Building Societies Act 1986 (c.53)


In Schedule 10A to the Building Societies Act 1986 (emoluments of and dealings with directors and other officers), in paragraph 1(2), in the definition of “shares”, for “section 188(1) of the Companies Act 1985” substitute “section 779(1) of the Companies Act 2006”.
