# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 115: Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 (S.I. 1986/1032 (N.I. 6))


In Article 24(4) of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 (effect of registration), for “Article 127 (additional certificate as to amount of allotted share capital)” substitute “section 761 of the Companies Act 2006 (public company not to do business without trading certificate)”.
