# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 116: Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 (S.I. 1986/1032 (N.I. 6))


In Article 28(2)(a) of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 (conditions in memorandum which could have been in articles), for “Part XVIII” substitute “section 996 of the Companies Act 2006”.
