Paragraph 119 Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 (S.I. 1986/1032 (N.I. 6))

In Article 55(2) of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 (additional requirements relating to share capital), at the end of sub-paragraph (a) insert “(see Chapter 2 of Part 20 of the Companies Act 2006)”.
